Your Lemmy account only works on your own server. You can’t log into lemmy.world with the username and password you have for lemmy.ca. This is why your full username is WashedOver@lemmy.ca: someone else could register WashedOver@lemmy.world or WashedOver@lemmy.ml.
If you want to do anything with your account, you’ll need to do it through the server you’re registered with. In your case, that’s lemmy.ca. You can use the search button in the top right menu to find users and posts, even posts and users originating from other servers.

I see that you have manually changed the link to the profile with my instance instead of the one I was sent.
Here’s where I got hung up. I couldn’t log into Lemmy.world either.
