If someone really wanted to find the person, I imagine they’d find where the signal is coming from for that device, and just narrow from there. If it always goes to/from where John works and lives, it might well be John’s phone.
In Japan, a lot of things don’t take calls from VoiP (+81-050-xxxx-xxxx) numbers. Certain businesses and such won’t accept them as contact info, either, as I discovered trying to rent my first apartment by myself.
Ah, yeah; I was two jobs back then and definitely didn’t have money for game consoles.
I have no idea what I’m looking at so I’m guessing I’m on the other side as ‘too old’ maybe?
Ah, yeah; hat would make sense
I get the feeling, but if the business has no say in getting recommended, aren’t you just punishing businesses that may not even know this program exists? That would suck for very small businesses.
Edit: my brain was thinking recommendations not paid ads so please disregard.
Actually writing code that uses them: last month. Commandline: last week.
There could be a major road just out of frame. The trees are probably for a combination of windbreak (especially if this is amidst long stretches of open land), shade, and maybe privacy.
As the other person mentioned, the base of pho is the stock which includes steeped plants. So it’s tea with some other things thrown in it.
Pho is just animal oil/juice suspended. Everything else is like milk, honey, lemon, sugar, etc. that people do consume in tea.
I imagine data security and what the government would know is putting some off. It is part of the reason the national ID (My Number) faltered.
Off the top of my head, and I’m sure there are more, people use: tinder, bumble, Pairs, Zwei, Zekushi, and probably more. Pairs and Zwei, at least, are geared toward long-term and marriage. Pairs had a very bad UX and, of course, a cost. I did meet some people on there, but nothing lasted (one nearly did, but I wasn’t doing another LTR with a barely-functional alcoholic that otherwise was a great match).
Reduce to a sane number. Like less than 20.
Are refills free? If so, I’m fine at $1 most days.
Also, where are: plain pancakes, sausage gravy, waffles, and anything remotely resembling something other than “northern US white people food” for lack of a better term.
How would you even measure “They are more intuitive and closer to the ‘feeling’”. It’s not. You’re used to it. No one else in the world that grew up with C is going to find F more intuitive. Neither miles.
Yep, this is why all the buildings spontaneously exploded in places that changed to metric. /s
Things get phased out. Certain buildings will adhere to old code and new ones would adhere to new codes in metric.
I’ve only ever used AI to generate examples, particularly for things with crap documentation. That works pretty well.
If you want to get faster at developing, I would recommend two things: 1) plan everything before starting. Have an outline. Have some data structures. Have a flowchart at at least a high level. (2) develop more, particularly TDD (test-driven-development). Some people hate TDD and I used to be one of them, but I came to love it.
Can you do the can can whilst canning peas and drinking a can of monster all whilst on the can?
“energy-drink-can-sized hail…” is how I would have written it. Or, y’know, used numbers like a sane person.
I think the pitch accent is also different so they’re not even homophones, but I don’t have a dictionary handy
