That’s what she said.

Servers weren’t much of a problem, they’re mostly virtual and could be just restored from a backup. The several hundred workstations were a problem. They needed a physical touch. All are encrypted with BitLocker, requiring passkeys stored in AD. Over half are laptops. Most of those don’t have wired ethernet ports, and an account with local admin rights hasn’t logged in since the day they were imaged. Throw in a proper LAPS config, where randomly generated passwords of three dozen characters in length are also stored in AD…
… Yeah, today was a bad day.
_prick /prĭk/ noun
… A small, sharp, local pain, such as that made by a needle or bee sting … A pointed object, such as an ice pick, goad, or thorn. _
Suppose calling men bees is more polite than calling them pricks…
Upstate NY is just the cold weather version of the Bible Belt.
I spend as much time washing my armpits as I do under my foreskin. Roll it back, quick lather and rinse, and done.
Even if I’m camping for days at a time, away from running water, a quick wipe down with plain water and a wash cloth keeps the smell and smegma away.
Your projection is showing.
Do you see apartheid and genocide as political issues?

My parents got me a subscription to Family Computing. Spent way too many hours typing in the lines of BASIC code contained in each one, debugging my mistakes, and playing them. There’s a joke in there somewhere…
Xennial here: Come back and talk to me after spending a good chunk of your childhood editing config.sys and autoexec.bat, loading drivers and freeing up conventional memory.
Feeling a bit like a broken record. Alrighty, bro… You explain to me what metrics Netflix is using to differentiate the impact their password sharing policy changes made opposed to the other changes they made. I read over their documentation, and didn’t see it.
Ah, my apologies… You’re not the original commenter. Point still stands, though… It’s not the argument the original commenter put forth.
That’s not the argument you were making.
Netflix can’t implement three different changes to its business model and then cherry pick one of those changes as the reason for the increased revenue. Well, maybe not can’t… They’re certainly trying to, and some folk are eating it up, apparently.
If the tire is flat on my car, and I:
… I shouldn’t go around telling folk God fixed my flat tire.
Making it accessible in more countries must’ve had absolutely nothing to do with it. Zilch, nada, nothing. It was all about cracking down on password sharing. /s
