  • Well I can say it varies from company to company. Doordash is the worst. I consider it the McDonalds of delivery services as far as the way they treat employees. I left there making less than $10 an hour.

Grubhub has treated me the best so far. They pay mostly fairly even without tips. Had to wait 6 months to get accepted by them though.

My biggest gripe is being 1099.

I will say that when I was working for Doordash they sent out a very fucked up, threatening survey. It was around the time the government started looking at them more so they were asking questions like 'If the laws change, would you be willing to work a schedule and have a boss?". The whole survey was a bunch of loaded questions and bullshit in that nature.

I do love the work. Honestly. I just wish it wasn’t so hard on my car. :(

  • And you’re trusting everything an article says about a virus that says there’s no solution?

What’s to stop a black hat buying this to steal identities?
What’s to stop one of the coders from leaking it? Or a black hat leaking it?
What about someone targeting an incorrect target and by doing so it ends up in the hands of someone more nefarious?

Hackers and black markets do what they want.
    Can’t afford it? Steal it.

  • This is basically what I used to do with Windows before I switched. All my document, picture, videos, music links pointed to my storage drive and I had a ninite installer with all my required programs ready to go. Plus my barebones microsoft account I used to save all my Windows settings so they just loaded right up when logging in after the new install.

Do you have/know of a guide to pull this kind of thing off on Mint?
