Actually, no I’ve never seen an ad for office but that might be because I’m already a customer.
I have home.
I have used Windows 10 for years and recently switched to Windows 11 and I don’t think I’ve ever seen an ad in my day to day OS use. I don’t do the registry edits or turn off the telemetry stuff, either. I don’t know what I’m doing differently but I’m not seeing these ads that apparently infected Windows.
It’s none of the areas that I hold while playing thankfully, it just doesn’t look very good/neat. I might only take off those parts vs leave it partially skinned.
I like having smart things for automating certain aspects of the home. It also adds convenience for certain lifestyles. I can control my thermometer thermostat while I’m out of the house, for example, or check in on my pets on the cameras.
This is not advocating for things like what Amazon is doing, to be clear.
What would you expect the cameras to have seen to implicate the police in a crime?
I’m actually considering taking my brand skin off my deck. The deck gets hot enough that the skin is starting to warp and slide around in places.
Nice victim blaming.
I do not live in Virginia. Is this law actively enforced? Lots of things are “technically illegal”.
Not to defend Google, but it seems unclear right now if this is something that will happen while driving, or similar to something Waze already does.
It should seem somewhat obvious after thinking about it for a moment. Outdoor access means more exposure to diseases and parasites, exposure to predators, and exposure to traffic.
Here’s just one study. https://royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/10.1098/rsbl.2018.0840
I encourage you to ask any vet or your local humane society.
No, I don’t mean feral. I said what I meant.
Backyard on a leash and monitored is very responsible! When people say outdoor cat, they are typically referring to cats that are allowed outdoors with no leash and no supervision.
They’re not good for the birds, but perhaps even more importantly, the outdoors isn’t good for them. The life expectancy of an indoor cat versus an outdoor cat can be 10+ years longer.
And also keep them indoors.
And you just know some one will end up trying to dox the kid, too.
Why steal their money when they can both get them to give their money as well data to also sell?
Nope and nope.
