Headline really should have specified that this is Microchip. But yeah what the heck.

Layoffs make the stock market happy, so yeah…
Also 68k for PPC 🙂
Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition
That is quite a list of games, thank you! This year I met someone in the most random way and we really like having each other in our lives. It’s awesome to have a new friend who might turn into much more!
Jellyfin or Plex are probably your best choices. I believe you could even run the Plex server on your Nvidia Shield, though it might struggle to transcode 4k video I’m not sure.
If I read it right, Adobe is going to pay Figma a billion dollars since the deal didn’t go through. Good for Figma?
The reason I feel the way I do, which I will clarify is just a feeling, is because of the nature of the device. With a car, I know Ford won’t help me if I’ve replaced the stereo, but if the engine fails I know it would still be covered under warranty.
I agree with what you’re saying entirely about hardcore CPU overclocking. The concern is, will AMD be fair and discerning if I have a CCU failure and I overclocked by 100MHz with adequate cooling? How about if my USB controller fails? Will they hear me out if I make a warranty claim? We are putting a lot of trust in a company, and I agree that on without these fuses they’re placing a lot of trust in us.
the warranty excludes any damage that results from overclocking/overvolting the processor. However, other unrelated issues could still qualify for warranty repair/replacement
So they’ll arbitrarily decide what to cover and always have a reason for denying coverage, got it.
Yeah I think the first reaction to this was too hot. The government probably doesn’t want to seize patents and this is really meant as a warning to get pharma to keep drug prices down more reasonable prices.
More importantly, where did he come from??
They could disable comments on their videos before, too. Now they can pause and unpause comments.
Umm that sounds like a good thing? People are being paid better and I don’t feel the weird feeling of tipping before anything has been delivered.
Yes windows does but I reach for my work Mac when I need to scan because Apple did it much better than Microsoft in this case. It’s much more reliable.
There are scanner drivers that allow units to work with the built in scanner app. My brother printer did that. No special app need for printing or scanning.
I try not to express or show it though. Only good vibes to bring everyone over to Firefox.
It’s cool just come back and bring a friend with you.
Wow I didn’t realize revenues were already forecasted to drop by more than 50% yoy.
Nibbler? Autocorrect got you?
Lobbying is one of the highest roi activities a company can engage in.
I can’t comment on Linux, but other than poor support for HDR I don’t see what would be different on Linux at this point.
My issue with Samsung is they required me to ship the monitor to them for repair instead of sending someone to my home. It’s thin ultra wide and curved and I was scared it would get damaged in shipping. They would have done it in home for a TV, but refused to do the same for this very large monitor 😓
Even SDR games look great on it. Deep dark blacks, rich colors, and incredible pixel response times make games more enjoyable for me. And for 21:9 ratio movies and tv shows omg.
