So too many Americans buy trucks and SUV’s, not because they want to, but because that’s the only thing they can buy.
That is…insanely inaccurate lol. “I wanted to buy a car but I could only find trucks for sale” is not a thing in this country whatosever.
Agreed, I can dare to dream they’d go full Radio Shack even.
Worse, this particular one is a meta-shitpost and nobody likes the word meta ever since Zuck stole it.
Nah son, I’m new here but I’m from the old school…past Digg, past Fark, back to mIRC. Someone would have to shit continuously for 3 days straight to grab my attention.
But maybe we hate Kidney beans.
You lost your innocence. /s
Samesies, I wish someone at Reddit would leak how many users deleted their account on July 1st and leading up to it compared to a normal month of people coming and going.
It will be there, it will just list the user as “deleted.”
All my homies hate greedy little pig boys.
Because it was a great app and the dev was one of the real ones. I personally don’t care one bit which OS you’re using and hope your experience here is a good one.
I used Apollo and I feel ya. I used to keep the default app installed so I could claim free gifts but it wasn’t worth ending up in the official Reddit app on accident while browsing the web :P Yeah, it’s that bad.
Yep, deleted mine yesterday. Their disdain for the mods that provide free labor and for the users in general with their lazy “they’ll get over it” attitude was the deal breaker. Fuuuuuck Reddit.
Welcome, eh?
Agreed but it needs to catch up to the current influx before we make it any easier :P
That’s true and it’s growing fast enough that it doesn’t need any help in that department, but increasing ease of use and lowering the barrier to entry are major factors in software design. Hopefully, the 3rd party app devs that no longer have Reddit apps to maintain make the switch easier in the future.
I think that this also helps one figure out Lemmy.
Ahem, “landed gentry.” :D
