I use it on Fedora, never got that issue. But you are right, it lacks some fine tunning, but overall it is a great headset for Linux.
My only criticism would be about the cushions, which broke apart quite early. Fortunately they are easily replaceable.

As Samsung bundle them with every flagship phones, there is a plethora of them on ebay for cheap. Most of them are basically new, and for that price is is quite the banger.

Depends on how it is used. But I don’t think it should be used for the matching process itself though. Maybe to help match interest (tags) between each other, like giving a connection score between two of them, but other than that, I see no other privacy respecting way to use that.
Moreover, on which data would we train on? I don’t think there is any anonymized dating app dataset around.
Could be a good idea to differentiate from exiating solutions.

You know what, being a dev myself that’s something I’ll try as a hobby project. We’ll see how it work out.
If I recall well it is the no-vPro ones that works, but currently there is a bug on AMD systems that prevent the BE200 to work. Windows already got a partial fix, but not Linux.
From my tests, Intel wifi 7 chip currently do not work with an AMD CPU on Linux. Qualcomm does work with a manual blob pull, but drop under load.
The miniature is god tier. 🤣
