Small airports aren’t really an issue tho. FAA won’t come after you for that. But you should always know where you are, where the restricted air spaces are, with a plan to avoid them. If not you’re fucking up as a captain.

Restricted airspace’s are there for a reason. It’s for safety and not paying attention to them has consequences.

Descend and land. You’d have done that long before “starting to enter” restricted air space. Otherwise enjoy your fine and potentially losing your license once the FAA finds out.

It’s like not you can accidentally enter restricted air space. You know you’re going to be entering the airspace long before you get there so there is plenty of time to take action.

  • It’s basically finances vs convenience. By renting you’re paying for convenience. But you’re taking the hit in your finances.

And just because you’re renting doesn’t mean you’re absolved of the landscaping fees. If you rent a house it’s expected that you’re still mowing the lawn and paying those expenses. Otherwise you live in an apartment where those costs are handed down to you through rent.

There is a lot to consider there but in the end you’ll be spending more money which you’ll never see again by renting.

  • Homeownership is still cheaper. Every cent that goes towards rent you’ll never see again. At least at the end of your mortgage you have something you can sell to recoup most of what you spent. Or rent it out.

While although taxes can go up your mortgage never will. Your rent will.

My mortgage is $1700. If I were renting this place it would easily be going for $2400 if not more.

Why’s that? People grow a lot with maturity and knowing what they actually want out of life between 25-40.

Of course this process never really stops but between those ages you’re going through a lot of transitions and new experiences. You’re still doing a lot growing up during that period.

It’s not unfair to say that marrying young is a bad idea because you don’t really know who you are yet and there is a lot of opportunity to grow away from your spouse.

By the time you’re much older a lot of this is out of the way. You’re lot further into your career and in a more stable place.

Anyway just my experiences but I don’t think marrying young is a great idea. I’m in my late 30s and I feel like a completely different person compared to my early 20s.
