  • Agreed. But focusing on that specific aspect comes off pretty creepy.

For the last time, have you considered the latter part of any of my replies? Honestly, it seems like some sort of underlying issue that you need to work through (coming from a random person on the Internet who has no education in psychological issues).

But it’s something to consider. Being in Canada, you have much more access to it than people in many other countries.

  • You can literally find sex workers anywhere you are. I assume you can go online and find some. There’s always the yellow pages as well haha.

But yeah, maybe work on your views. If you don’t work on the underlying problem, you’re probably not going to feel any better. Could probably seek a therapist via a doctor’s referral since you’re in Canada.

  • Agreed. Coming from a background in cryopreservation (not trying to freeze bodies), the freezing is the easy part.

While you’re correct with the time of death to time of freezing portion, the freezing process (could… potentially) be fine. Although there’s no way to tell (yet).

But the thawing process results in the most degradation, especially with thicker tissues due to uneven warming and damage from ice crystal formation (assuming the body was vitrified).

Will we ever be able to thaw these bodies and them to be viable? Maybe? Impossible currently, but who knows about the future. Although, I doubt they will be salvageable.

If it makes a difference, I will not be freezing my body when I die (not just because of the money needed), and can’t see that changing within my lifetime.

  • How I did it may not be the best. But damn, did I feel accomplished afterwards.

I went into DS1 without any background. I only looked up things when I was 100 % stuck (I played with the broken short sword for far too long). I definitely used some summons (mainly the NPC ones), but you could also choose not to.

Beating O&S the first time after a week or so of trying was one of the best feelings ever (don’t want to spoil anything hence the vagueness).

Elden Ring is definitely more beginner-friendly, but the sheer mechanics you can learn in DS1 will help in all soulsbourne games (maybe not Sekiro).

I have not played Demon souls, so maybe that’s a better jumping off point?
