Another edit is https://m4-studios.github.io/hobbitbookedit Which is closer to the book, whereas maple is a bit more action/cinematic and hints at LOTR plot.

It’s a different cut. Tolkien Editor wrote he edited over a weekend, the maple edit took 2 years.
