This royal commission is a prime example that ALP and the coalition are not the same. That phrase is just propaganda pushed by corrupt politicians (predominantly Libs/Nat) to justify and deflect their own actions.
I don’t think it’s a culture war bullshit to point out one party is systemically corrupt compared to the other, it’s just the reality. Fact is not all MPs and public servants are corrupt. The majority do the right thing and want to serve the public. To say they are all the same is just plain, flat out ignorant.
I do hope those responsible are held to account. I hope this will give at least some closure to the victims. Give it time the report was only just released.
